The invention discloses a device for removing impurities in a high-lithium solution. The device comprises a rotating plate, a plurality of adsorption columns connected to the rotating plate, and an adsorption module, an elution module and a regeneration module which are annularly arranged and sequentially adjacent. The rotating plate can drive the adsorption columns to sequentially pass through the adsorption module, the elution module and the regeneration module, so the circulate operation of adsorption, desorption, regeneration and re-absorption of impurities in the high-lithium solution is completed. The invention further discloses a method for removing impurities in the high-lithium solution on the basis of the device. By means of the method, by controlling the number of the adsorption columns located in each module and the flow of liquid flowing through the adsorption columns in each module, the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption columns is utilized to the maximum extent, it is ensured that the concentration of impurities in the obtained product material liquid is decreased to be lower than the required value, and the requirements can be met as battery level products and high-purity lithium salt products.
