Method, apparatus and system for determining resource block

Disclosed is a method for determining a resource block. The method comprises: a UE determining first position information according to acquired carrier information, and acquiring second position information; and determining a third resource block according to the first position information and the second position information, so that a base station communicates with another base station according to the third resource block. Further disclosed are a base station and a system. By means of the present invention, a UE can flexibly determine the position of a resource block, thus improving the flexibility of use of frequency domain resources.
