Analysis of vibration and noise formed by canned motor pump

A vibration and noise test under the rated condition for the canned motor pump was conducted,and the intensity,acceleration level and sound pressure level spectrum were obtained.The main reason for vibration and noise of the canned motor pump was analyzed with spectrum based on the rated operating speed of pump and the structural parameters of impeller.The optimal design of the canned motor pump was set up,and the vibration and noise performance of the pump had been improved significantly.
