Rising carcinoembryonic antigen titers in colorectal carcinoma: An indication for the second-look procedure

The second-look operation for colonic carcinoma deserves re-evaluation utilizing elevated CEA levels in asymptomatic patients as its indication. Cases of three patients undergoing second-look procedures are described.
