The invention relates to a light-adjustable LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp with large power and high color rendering property. The light-adjustable LED lamp comprises an upper end cover, a light-outgoing window, a main shell, a plurality of side-wall LED modules, an upper prism platform, a lower prism platform, a lower-end LED module and a lower shell, wherein the plurality of side-wall LED modules are arranged in the main shell; the upper prism platform and the lower prism platform are plated with a semitransparent and semireflective optical film and are fixed in a central cavity body of the main shell; each side-wall LED module comprises an upper LED and a lower LED which are two of red-green-blue single-color LEDs; the other single-color LED is arranged on the corresponding position of the lower-end LED module; lights emitted by the red-green-blue single-color LEDs are mixed by the upper prism platform and the lower prism platform; all the LED modules are directly and fixedly connected with the main shell or the lower shell provided with radiating fins respectively, so that the radiating effect is good; three groups of independent driving and control circuits respectively drive and adjust the light-emitting intensity of three types of single-color LEDs, the proportion of three base colors can be flexibly adjusted according to the environment so as to adapt to the requirement for high color rendering property at different occasions.
