ABSTRACT We report here the genome sequence of Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis strain XH02, isolated from a Boer goat in China. The genome consists of 2,357,671 bp, with a 52.18% G+C content, 2,263 coding sequences, 21 rRNAs, 49 tRNAs, and 44 predicted pseudogenes.
