Application of Self-Tuned Kalman Filters to Control of Active Power Filters

This paper presents a new application of a recently developed self-tuned Kalman filter to the low-pass filtering stage required in some active power filter algorithms, so that they have a faster response than conventional running averages in certain circumstances.
