Association of chronic kidney disease, ethnicity and socioeconomic status with COVID-19 hospitalisation and mortality: a UK Biobank study

O_LIIn individuals with chronic kidney disease (CKD), Black and South Asian ethnic groups are twice as likely to have severe COVID-19 compared to White participants, whilst the most socially deprived groups are at a 50-60% increased risk of severe COVID-19.
