Deformed heat treatment method for aluminum alloy

The invention discloses a deformed heat treatment method for aluminum alloy. The method includes the following steps that (1) the alloy is pre-deformed under the room temperature condition; (2) thermal insulation lasts for 2-5h at the temperature of 520-550 DEG C, and then hardening is conducted for 2min in water of 35+/-5 DEG C; and (3) ageing treatment is performed for 8-16h at the temperature of 176-184 DEG C, and then air cooling is carried out. Compared with traditional T6 heat treatment, pre-deformation is introduced before solution and aging treatment in the deformed heat treatment process, so that plasticity is greatly improved while strength of Al-Cu-Mn alloy is increased, the strength is increased by 7.3% and reaches 450.9MPa, and the percentage elongation is increased by 35.69% and reaches 17.26%.
