The invention provides a light bar adhesive tape for a backlight source. The light bar adhesive tape comprises a transparent bonding material layer (110), a black and white flexible coating layer (120) and a black and white bonding material layer (130), wherein the transparent bonding material layer (110) is used for bonding the surface of a light bar flexible circuit board; one side of the black and white flexible coating layer (120) is black, the other side is white, and a white surface (120W) of the black and white flexible coating layer (120) is bonded with the transparent bonding material layer (110); one side of the black and white bonding material layer (130) is black, the other side is white, a black surface (130B) of the black and white bonding material layer (130) is bonded with a black surface (120B) of the black and white flexible coating layer (120). The invention further provides a backlight module comprising the light bar adhesive tape and a display device comprising the backlight module. According to the light bar adhesive tape for the backlight source, the phenomena of bright band and Hot Spot on the incident light side of the backlight source can be eliminated.
