Наш опыт применения нового способа аутопластики дефектов суставной поверхности коленного сустава у больных с деструктивно-дистрофическими заболеваниями

The aim of this work was to improve the results of treatment of patients with destructive-dystrophic diseases of the knee joint, accompanied by defects in the articular cartilage, through the use of a new method autoplasty articular surfaces. The paper studied and analyzed the results of surgical treatment of patients with destructive-dystrophic diseases of the knee joint, accompanied by defects in the cartilage articular surfaces. As the surgical treatment of patients had used a new method autoplasty articular surfaces with destructive and dystrophic diseases of the knee joint, developed at the Department of Traumatology, Orthopaedics and extreme surgery Samara State Medical University. In evaluating the results of the treatment in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine a good clinical result as a significant improvement in performance of pain and functional knee joint was achieved in all patients. Follow-up was 12 months. Reduced a clinical example of a patient who received treatment method developed reflects the result.
