Acrylic Plant Equipment Material 316L Corrosion Modality and Protection

Acrylic in wet spinning production as a result of the corrosion of equipment caused by production accidents have occurred from time to time.Because of its strong media NaSCN corrosive,any contact with the media NaSCN like equipments,pipelines,and valves is,required to use materials containing molybdenum stainless steel 316L or 316,that is,00Cr17Ni14Mo2 stainless steel.Although a kind of special stainless steel is used in the equipment' material,the influence of the production environment,the manufacturing process,installation maintenance on,and other reasons for,acrylic equipment corrosion still beset major acrylic fiber manufacturers.This work makes a study of acrylic recovery workshop equipment corrosion,determining the cause of the corrosion and analyzing the corrosion mechanism and putting forward corresponding preventive methods.
