7-azaindole and preparation method thereof

The invention provides 7-azaindole and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly performing aldolization reaction on 2-nitro-3-picoline and N,N-dialkyl formamide dioxane so as to obtain 2-nitro-3-dialkylamino vinylpyridine; performing a hybrid reaction on 2-nitro-3-dialkylamino vinylpyridine, sodium sulphide and an accelerator DM so as to obtain 2-amino-3-dialkylamino vinylpyridine; causing 2-amino-3-dialkylamino vinylpyridine, a catalyst and D-glucose to react so as to obtain 7-azaindole. The 7-azaindole prepared by the preparation method is high in purity and yield; the solvent adopted in the preparation method is low in volatility; the catalyst and a reducing agent are environment-friendly materials and are environmental friendly.
