Determination of N-Vinylcarbazole by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of N-vinylcarbazole,which ultilized a BDS C18 column,used acetonitrile-water(70/30,V/V)mixture as mobile phase,and detected at 240 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The linear range of N-vinylcarbazole was 0.02~0.2 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,and the average recovery was 106.7% with relative standard deviation of 0.87%. The method was simple,quick and accurate,and was suitable for the determination of N-vinylcarbazole.
