"Context" in the Philosophy——An Analysis of the Three Paths and the Levels of Context

2011
Context was an unconscious and latent way of thinking in ancient Greece. As a paradigm in contemporary philosophy, context has developed into the three paths: philosophy of language(including analytic philosophy, especially the ordinary language school of philosophy and Continental Ontology),knowledge of contextualism and ontology of context.Whether context is treated as a cognitive model of human beings or an academic theory or a pursuit of the ultimate,it is laden with ontic and ultimate pursuit. Therefore,it is quite advisable to analyze context in the three levels: ontology, epistemology and methodology,so as to build a metaphysical system for philosophical context.
