Method for manufacturing color light filter substrate

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a color light filter substrate. The method includes steps of forming black matrixes on a transparent substrate; forming color resin patterns with at least two colors on the transparent substrate with the formed black matrixes. The side, where the black matrixes are formed, of the transparent substrate is exposed by the aid of mask plates in exposure processes for forming the resin patterns with each color, and the side, which is far away from the black matrixes, of the transparent substrate is exposed simultaneously. The method for manufacturing the color light filter substrate has the advantage that light leaking or color mixing phenomena of the color light filter substrate can be prevented.
