Clinical efficacy study of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver

2012
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 56 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=26).The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin, and the treatment group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine. The treatment duration lasted 12 weeks for both groups. The clinical efficacy and serological indicators changes of two groups were compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group(86.7%) was significantly better than that of control group(73.1%)(P0.05);The levels of ALT,TC,LDL-C and TG in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that of control group, but the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with compound glycyrrhizin for non-alcoholic fatty liver had a good effect, without adverse reaction. It should be worthy of clinical application.
