Based on the received results of priority of indicators of quality of medical care the model of an assessment of quality of work of the dentist of a polyclinic link suitable for use in practical health care was developed. The formula of an integrated indicator of the quality of the stomatologic help allowing estimating quality of medical care of the certain doctor or LPU collective in general is offered. For automation of an assessment of quality of medical care, the special computer program was developed and introduced.
