The Value of Tumor Markers of CA125 CA19-9 and CEA on Diagnosing Senile Benign and Malignant Ovarian Tumors

2013
Objective: To observe the application value of tumor markers of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) on diagnosis of senile benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Method:38 older patients with benign ovarian tumor treated in our hospital were selected as the group A,and 29 older patients with malignant tumor were chosen as the group B.30 aged healthy patients were selected as the control group.Detecting the CA125、CA19-9 and CEA of 3 groups respectively.Result:According to statistical analysis,as for the positive rate of detection index, the group B was higher evidently than the group A and the control group, the group A was higher significantly than the control group. And the content of the group B was higher evidently than that of the group A and the control group. The index difference above between groups had significance(p0.05).Conclusion: The positive rate of CA125、CA19-9 and CEA of elderly patients with malignant ovarian tumor is better evidently than that of elderly patients with benign tumor, which has high accuracy rate of diagnosis on ovarian tumors in the aged and has high clinical value.
