Induction heating coil for instant electromagnetic water heater

2012
An induction heating coil for an instant electromagnetic water heater comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and a connecting pipe, wherein the outer cylinder is arranged outside the inner cylinder; the end part of the inner cylinder exceeds the end part of the outer cylinder; the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are communicated with each other through the connecting pipe; a water inlet joint is arranged on the outer cylinder; a water outlet joint is arranged on the inner cylinder; a baffle is arranged at the end part of the outer cylinder; a through hole is formed on the baffle close to the inner cylinder; a high-temperature insulating layer is arranged outside the inner cylinder; a high-temperature insulated wire is arranged in the high-temperature insulating layer; and the high-temperature insulated wire penetrates through the through hole. Compared with the prior art, an annular magnetic circuit is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the electromagnetic radiation generated in the work is shielded by the outer cylinder, and the heat generated by the electromagnetic radiation on the outer cylinder due to the eddy current is taken away by the flowing-through cold water outflowing from the inner cylinder, so that the thermal conversion efficiency is improved.
