Manufacture of electronic and electromagnetic component and circuit

PURPOSE: To provide a method for easily and efficiently manufacturing an electronic and electromagnetic part and circuit with a conductive polymer as a base. CONSTITUTION: One or a plurality of boundary faces between a conductive polymer and another material in the above-mentioned part are formed by the dissolution of the conductive polymer. For example, at the time of manufacturing a Schottky barrier structural body, a P30T film 1 is cast from a P30T /CHCl 3 solution (30mg/ml) on an Al2 deposited on a glass plate 3. The above- mentioned structural body is placed on a heating plate 4, and a glass substrate whose central point gold is deposited is placed on a P301 film 1. This sandwich structural body is heated until the P30T is softened so that the structural body can be integrally pressurized, and a relatively thick (about 15-20μ) and homogeneous P30T layer brought into contact with the above-mentioned two metals layer can be obtained.
