Determination of ten organic acids in lychees by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.

A method for simultaneous determination of 10 organic acids in lychees by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column (4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm, 5μm) was used at 20℃ and mobile phase was 0.01mol/L (NH4)2HPO4(pH3.00) with flow rate of 1.00ml/min. Detection wavelength was at 213nm. The recoveries were 91.6% - 109.3% and the relative standard deviations were 0.14%-1.72%. The results indicated that the method was simple, rapid and accurate which could be applied to the determination of organic acids in lychees.
