Optimizing Hydrogen Extraction Process in Pressure Variation Adsorption

In combination of hydrogen extraction technology index for methanol tail gas in a methanol plant,author has introduced the process principle of pressure variation adsorption plant;has briefly described the process flow of the 8-1-6 VPSA hydrogen extraction plant,process control point and application situation of self-developed /smart PLC in hydrogen extraction plant;has presented the optimized measures for hydrogen extraction process.Result indicates that the hydrogen extraction plant can increase hydrogen purity to 99.99%.
