Хирургическая профилактика и лечение венозной тромбоэмболии в индустриальной модели управления качеством многопрофильного стационара

The results of surgical treatment and prevention of venous thromboembolic events in the industrial model of a multi-hospital setting. Clinical effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and safety of a comprehensive program of surgical prophylaxis and treatment of venous thromboembolism was studied in 125 501 hospitalized patients. The studied period of time (2001-2002 gg. аnd 2003-2007) showed a decrease in the overall incidence of venous thromboembolism from 2,9% to 0,8%. Thus significantly reduced in-hospital mortality and perioperative of pulmonary embolism (PE). Clinical efficacy associated with a reduction in venous thromboembolism and death from pulmonary embolism in the group of patients operated was almost 2 times higher.
