The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) Wherein the substituents are as described in the specification] 2,5-di - substituted-4-phenyloxy - substituted - phenyl - amidine derivatives, process for their preparation, fungicidal active agents or insecticides their use as active agents, in particular, their use as fungicidal active agents or insecticide active agents in the form of fungicide compositions or insecticide compositions, and, using these compounds or compositions, phytopathogenic sex fungi or harmful insects, and more particularly, to a method for controlling plant pathogenic fungi or harmful insects of plants.
