The invention discloses a battery box component for an electric automobile, which comprises a power cabin, wherein a battery box which is used for placing a power battery is mounted in the power cabin; a locking device which is used for locking in a connecting process is arranged between the battery box and the power cabin; the locking device comprises a lock tool mounted at the front end of the battery box; the lock tool comprises a lock head, a lock bolt and a linkage mechanism which is connected between the lock head and the lock bolt in a transmission form; a lock hole which is matched with the lock bolt in a locking form is formed on the power cabin; a plug which is used for electric connection is arranged on the rear end face of the battery box; a socket which is electrically connected to the plug on the battery box correspondingly is arranged on the rear part of the power cabin; a rail bracket which extends along the pushing and pulling direction for the battery box getting in/out of the power cabin is arranged on the power cabin; a plurality of bearing wheels are distributed on the rail bracket; a sliding slot which is used for matching with the bearing wheels on the power cabin in a guiding form is formed at the bottom of the battery box; and a guiding mechanism with an elastic element and a buffering function is arranged between the power cabin and the battery box.
