Multidimensional equivalent line graph method for detecting interaction mode of binary mixture

2010
The invention discloses a multidimensional equivalent line graph method for detecting interaction mode of a binary mixture, belonging to the field of environmental pollutant toxicity detection methods. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: determining an equational design mixing mode of binary mixture components; measuring the toxic effect of the binary mixture of a fixed concentration ratio; carrying out effect concentration decomposition on the binary mixture, and drawing a multidimensional equivalent line graph; and judging the interaction mode between the binary mixture components. The method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to researching the concentration ratio between the binary mixture components as well as the concentration level dependence deviation, and researching the type of interaction of the binary mixture in the whole concentration ratio and concentration level space.
