철도의 신호시스템 개선에 따른 통행자의 수단선택 행태 분석

A study on the commercialization of wireless communication and control system is currently under investigation. Once the commercialization of KRTCS (Korean Radio-based Train Control System) is complete, decreased operating cost and increased frequency cause to reduce travel cost and travel time, respectively. This study suggests the value of time for each mode using multinomial logit model according to the change of travel cost and travel time. For this purpose, SP survey is conducted for 510 people using public transportation. Benefit of time-saving can be accurately figured out by estimating the value of time for railway. Appropriate fare for public transportation can be also estimated.
