Frequency Planning Analysis for American Military Sea Battlefield

A consummate and thorough frequency planning is the base that the combined operations army can realize the best electromagnetic compatibility.This paper analyzes the operation flow for the frequency planning of the new sea battlefield of American military and the main function of the software tool AESOP,and puts forward some advices on the electromagnetic spectrum management of our military.
