Development of a Performance Testing System for Nozzle

In order to test and analysis the performance of nozzle with a high level of automation,a testing system is designed and developed.According to the requirement,the framework of the system was proposed.The basic functions of the system were determined.The class structure was optimized by using the method of object-oriented.And it improved the code maintainability and reusability.It can monitor different back pressure in the nozzle section of the pressure changes at different displacement and flow with back pressure changes. Finally,the results of the experimental were carried out.And the actual results show that the system performance is stable,reliable and meet the requirements.It turn out to be have a certain value.
