The Cause Analysis and Countermeasures against Abrasion on Water Wall of 440t/h CFB Boilers

The Circulating Fluidized boilers are popularized with the characteristics of high combustion efficiency,low pollution output and good fuel flexibility.However,the materials and the flying ash in furnace chamber wear the water wall strenuously,which causes the water wall tube thickness to reduce greatly.In accordance with the experience in boilers inspection,the abrasion principle of water wall tube in CFB boilers is discussed,and the cause and main area of abrasion is analyzed.The countermeasures against abrasion are put forward.
