Liquen escleroso posquemadura solar Lichen Sclerosus Following Sunburn

2003
Summary Lichen sclerosus is un uncommon inflammatory skin disorder affecting most frequently the genital skin of women. Its etiopathogenesis is unknown, but it has been related to immunological mechanisms, and an over-expression of certain HLA antigens is frequently found. However, association with autoimmune disorders is less frequent in males. We present the case of a male who has presented this condition in the genital area for a long time, and who develops lichen sclerosus in areas consistent with previous sunburn. This is a true Koebner phenomenon.
