Metrology analysis on literature for development tendency of bipolar affective disorder in China

Objective To analyze the disposition of literature for development tendency of bipolar affective disorder in China and discuss the development tendency of bipolar affective disorder in China.Methods Literature metrology method and Microsoft Excel technique were used,through the literatures about bipolar affective disorder included in SinoMed to carry out multi-point of view on literature analysis from their time distribution,unit distribution,geographical distribution,periodical distribution,first author distribution and main contents.Results The time distribution,unit distribution,geographical distribution,periodical distribution,first author distribution and main contents of bipolar affective disorder literatures showed intimate correlation with economy development of the territory.The 102 hospital of liberation army in Changzhou,the mental health center of Shenzhen,Nanking Brain Hospital and the authors working in above hospitals can be seem as the core investigating institution and core investigation to the disease.Journal of Clinical Psychiatry(6.67％),Sichuan Mental Health(5.14％),Shanghai Archives of Psychiatry ( 4.72％ ),China Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease ( 4.16％ ) can be seem as the core investigating periodical to the disease.Domestic scholar concentrated to investigate the drug treatment,clinical diagnosis,case report( about 61.98％ of clinical studies )and epidemiologic survey (about 63％ of preventive medicine research) about the disease.The special subjects reported to the precaution for bipolar affective disorder (about 28.97％ of the total number of papers) combined with perioperative care for these patients with surgical diseases ( about 4.04％ of clinical studies ) are just a few.Conclusions The investigation for bipolar affective disorder is in its rudiment phase with disequilibration in every place.Precaution and therapy for it is not enough.We should think highly of the precaution,set up early warning mechanism,formulate corresponding prevention and cure steps,to prevent the epidemic and spread of the disease.
