Research on the Regulation of Government for Equipment Manufacture

In order to improve the efficiency of equipment acquisition, the paper studies the regulation and its transformation for equipment manufacture. The paper analyses the objective foundation of regulation for equipment manufacture. It also discusses the situation of regulation for equipment manufacture in our country, and analyses the problem aroused from the regulation. Aiming at the malpractice of the regulation for equipment manufacture, the paper puts forwards that government should pay more attention to the transformation of the existing regulation for equipment manufacture, namely, on one side, government should construct the incentive regulation; on the other side, while loosening the entry regulation, government should construct the regulation mechanism for competition.
