Использование элементов стратегического планирования в управлении стоматологической помощью взрослому населению мегаполиса (на примере г. Омска)

The article deals with the most important results of the investigation, conducted in Omsk city, including usage of statistical, sociological and expert information during strategic planning at management of stomatological care to adults in a megapolice. The model of social hygienic assessment, offered by the authors, composes a set of key markers to estimate state and perspectives for development of this care. Patients' opinions regards to its arrangement and results of expert assessment followed the development of a perspective measures catalogue are of great significance to work out some strategies for development of stomatological service.
