The invention relates to a high-precision boring device for realizing synchronous multi-station processing, which comprises a floor type boring machine and a boring rod. The high-precision boring device is characterized in that the boring rod is at least provided with a cutter bed device with a cutter, the boring rod passes through the processed hole of a workpiece to be processed, the end part of the boring rod is positioned on a sliding supporting device, the sliding supporting device is provided with a positioning base body, a supporting base is arranged under the positioning base body, the supporting base is positioned on the upper surface of the working platform of the floor type boring machine, parallel T-shaped slots are respectively arranged on the top part of the supporting base and the upper surface of the working platform of the floor type boring bed, the positioning base body and the supporting base are positioned and fixed by bolts and fastening nuts, the bolts and the fastening nuts are arranged in the T-shaped slots, the supporting base and the working platform of the floor type boring machine are positioned and fixed by the bolts and the fastening nuts in the T-shaped slots, and the cutter bed device with the cutter is positioned on the processed station of the workpiece to be processed.
