2012
There were examined 106 women who underwent surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cyst (endometrioid, follicular and cysts of yellow body) and hystoromyoma. Patients underwent examination of hypothalamic-pituitary system, based on determination of secretion of gonadotrophic and ovarian hormones by immune-enzyme analysis. Analysis was made before the operation, on the 1st, 3rd, 7th 24hours and in a month after the surgery. Results of the research. All patient had malfunctions of hormonal homeostasis of hypophisial, as well as of ovarian hormons during the first days after the operation (from the 1st to the 7th days after the surgical treatment. Considerable changes before the surgery (tube ectomy, resection of an ovary, conservative myoectomy) were not found. Only 20% of the patients in a month after tube ectomy had rates of hormonal homeostasis in the normal range. By the patients during the first 24 hours after resection of an ovary there was observed abrupt decrease of ovarian hormones, the changes of testosterone were less pronounced. In a month after resection of an ovary there were observed changes in content of hypophisial, as well as ovarian hormones. Only 10% of patients with ovarian cyst in a month after surgery had rates of hormonal homeostasis in the normal range.
