The invention discloses a dynamic judgment method for precision abnormity of a winding drum of a winding machine. The dynamic judgment method comprises the following steps that: (1) an auxiliary winding roll of the winding machine is started to lead the winding drum of the winding machine to rotate at 2m/s and the periodical 'ka' sound is listened; (2) when a monitoring picture of a human-machineinterface of a winding machine operating platform is used for observing zero adjustment of the auxiliary winding roll of the winding machine, the pressure is more than 30KN, and the no-load pressure is not more than 3kn; (3) the zero adjustment is observed by virtue of the monitoring picture of the human-machine interface of the winding machine operating platform, and two times of sound are listened under the condition of the negative roll gap of the auxiliary winding roll; (4) after zero adjustment is finished, the auxiliary winding roll of the winding machine is started quickly, the windingdrum rotates at 2m/s, the roll gap of the auxiliary winding roll of a PLC (programmable logic controller) is adjusted to be -1mm, and the winding drum and the auxiliary winding roll have the sound larger than 90 decibels; (5) after zero adjustment is finished, the auxiliary winding roll of the winding machine is started quickly, the winding drum rotates at 10m/s, the roll gap of the auxiliary winding roll of the PLC reaches 2mm, and at the moment, the picture no-load current of the winding drum is not more than 5%; and (6) the dynamic accuracy of the winding drum is judged by the curve, the head is wound within the range of 30m, and the feedback speed is less than 3-5% of the given speed.
