Investment Risk Analysis of Gas and Pipeline Construction Project Based on the Gray Analytic Hierarchy Process

The oil and gas pipeline projects are often faced with risks of many aspects in the process of development and construction. The article describes the process of the gray analytic hierarchy process for risk analysis, and calculates the comprehensive evaluation index of the project via a real case, namely the overall risk of investment projects, so that the investors make right investment decisions according to the results of the risk analysis to make sure the safe state of the pipeline project construction maintain an acceptable risk level, which helps to form security for the safety after putting into production.
