Alcohol soluble polyurethane gravure plastic ink and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an alcohol soluble polyurethane gravure plastic ink, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-32 parts of PU-1010 polyurethane, 2.5-4 parts of alcohol soluble aldehyde resin (formaldehyde resin), 0.3-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.5-4 parts of antistatic agent, 0.5-3 parts of adhesion reinforcing agent, 0.3-0.5 part of wax powder, 0.3-0.5 part of anti-precipitation agent, 9-32 parts of pigment and 31.6-53.9 parts of ethanol. In the alcohol soluble polyurethane gravure plastic ink, the ethanol is utilized as a solvent, benzene solvents are unnecessarily adopted to assist in the dissolving of the alcohol soluble polyurethane gravure plastic ink, and all of the raw materials are free of benzene, therefore, the pollution problem caused by the benzene solvents on human bodies and environments is completely solved, the manufacture, transportation and utilization of the ink are ensured to be safer and more environment friendly; and the obtained ink has uniform quality, and the coloring power, the adhesion firmness, the viscosity, the initial dryness and other properties of the ink are equivalent to those of the common chlorinated polypropylene oil and reach the requirement on the QB/T2024-94 standard.
