Improvements of paraffin section method on marine fish eggs

Using glutaraldehyde as fixative,some improvements on the techniques of par- affin section on marine fish eggs,including dehydration,transparency,embedding and staining is covered in this paper.The process of egg membrane peeling could thus be omitted,and a bet- ter slice was obtained by the new method.
