Clinical observation on the efficacy of selective salpingography and fallopian tube recanalization combined with Bushentongguan decoction in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f taking Bushentongguan decoction after selective salpingography(SSG) and fallopia n tube recanalization(FTR) on tubal obstruction infertility.Methods 72 patients with tubal obstruction infertility were randomly divided into tow groups.38 patients in treatment group were given Bushentongguan decoction af ter SSG and FTR;the other 34 patients in control group were given SSG and FTR si mply.The therapeutic effects were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.1%, which was 79.4% in con trol group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P0.05). Conclusion The selective salpingography and fallopian tube reca nalization combined with Bushentongguan decoction is effective in treating tubal obstruction infertility.
