Анатомо-морфологическое обоснование и некоторые технические аспекты инфильтрационного гемостаза при острых желудочно-кишечных кровотечениях

2010
he results of morphological and tensometric researches of different parts of the stomach wall (of the submucosal layer), experiments with application of solutions for injections of various concentrations, and clinical endoscopic researches of patients with acute gastro-intestinal hemorrhages are presented in the article. It is shown, that the local fiber structure features of the submucosal layer of the different parts of the stomach determines the spreading nature of solutions introduced for therapeutic purposes. With relatively friable structure of fibers (40-60 % of the total area of histotopographic preparation), it is appropriate to use more concentrated solutions for injection. Considering these regularities allows reducing the number of hemorrhage relapses from 24.6 % to 11.5 %.
