Modeling and mechanical analysis of gangue backfilling machine in collieries

Gangue backfilling machine specially used in the colliery filling mined-out laneways with gangue was designed.It has the advantages of strong adaptability to complex conditions,high efficiency and easiness of operation.3D model of gangue backfilling machine was established with SolidWorks.After analyzing the loading of key components,variation curve of force was obtained,and the maximum force determined as well. Strength analysis was carried out with ANSYS,which provides references for structural design of gangue backfilling machine.
