Swirl flow control and vortex control by a non equilibrium plasmoid is an important key task in plasma aerodynamics (PA). The experimental results obtained during study of this task may be used in aviation, plasma-assisted combustion, power generators, applied gas dynamics 1-4 . Measurement of power release (or its absorption) in longitudinal vortex plasmoid (LVP) is very important for creation of a new high effective power generator also 1 . LVP’s structure and its dynamics were studied in our previous works in detail
