GHAT: A SIMULATION MODEL OF GRAIN HANDLING AND TRANSPORT. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BULK MATERIALS STORAGE, HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION, 1983, NEWCASTLE, 22-24 AUGUST

This paper has presented a discussion of GHAT, a simulation model designed to aid in assessment of capital investment and operating policies in the Victorian grain handling and transport system. Attention has been concentrated on detailing specific aspects of the simulation procedure. An understanding of these aspects will aid the model user in the preparation of inputs to represent particular policies and in appreciating the evaluations which the model produces. (TRRL)
