Vertical self priming pump

2002
The utility model relates to a vertical self-priming pump, comprising a pump body, a motor, a guide vane, a plurality of impellers, a pump shaft and other parts, which is characterized in that a plurality of gas-water separators evenly distributed on the guide vane are respectively composed of a plurality of alternatively arranged long impellers and short impellers; the original spiral pumping cavity is substituted by the gas-water separators so that the structure is greatly simplified, the volume and the weight of the pump are reduced, and the self-priming time is significantly shortened. In order to further shorten the self-priming time of the pump, a set of tapered labyrinth structure comprising a plurality of staggered small grooves is provided between an enclosed seal cavity and the guide vane. As an assistant gas-water separator, the utility model has an advantage of a shortened self-priming time by pressing the high-pressure gas in the cavity back to the impellers.
