The questions of the organization and production of work when performing work in existing relay protection and automation devices, in secondary switching circuits on the basis of the current documents of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, standards and regulatory documents of PJSC Rosseti are stated. Requirements for the personnel involved in the operation of relay protection and automation devices are given, much attention is paid to checking the devices with primary current and voltage, removing vector diagrams, testing volumes for various types of maintenance of relay protection and automation devices (RPAD), technological disturbances associated with failure or incorrect operation of the relay protection and automation equipment.
