The novel architectural equipment is characterized by comprising a double-leaf seal door (1) and an isolation layer (4), wherein an observation sampling window (8) is arranged in the middle of the double-leaf seal door (1); the isolation layer (4) is arranged at the part, 20-40cm away from the bottom surface of the architectural equipment and is provided a hole; the isolation layer is made of an anti-corrosion material, and has a rigid structure; a plurality of support pillars (11) are arranged at the lower part of the isolation layer (4) for supporting, so that sufficient bearing capacity is guaranteed; an effluent pond (6) is arranged below the isolation layer (4) for receiving effluent generated by the harmless treatment; a heater (10) which is controlled by an intelligent heating controller (9) is mounted on the inner wall of the architectural equipment for heating to further adapt to time periods and regions with low temperature; the intelligent heating controller (9) is mounted outside the architectural equipment; a plurality of holes with diameters not smaller than 3cm are arranged on the isolation layer, and liquid components generated by degradation of the animal carcasses can flow to the effluent pond through the holes; 2-4 air exhaust holes (5) are arranged at the top of a vault of the architectural equipment for discharging great amount of gas generated by fermentation and dissipating heat; an exhaust conduit (3) is connected outside the air exhaust holes, air is guided in the middle parts of lime water ponds at two sides of a treatment facility, and is discharged after being treated by lime water, so that the pollution of waste gas to the environment can be avoided.
