An electronic hydrorelay on thermistors

2006
A hydrorelay designed to control water flows in the cooling systems of diffusion pumps is described. The water flow controlled by the hydrorelay is 0.7–1 l/min. A thermistor-based hot-wire anemometer with temperature compensation is used as the primary transducer. The actuation time of the device is ≤ 11 s.
